Chirag Rughwani represents the new generation of financial leadership, combining modern financial expertise with strong practical industry exposure. With an academic background in Finance and Entrepreneurship, he brings a forward-thinking approach to wealth creation and client relationships. Since 2023, he has been actively involved in Rughwani Finance, gaining hands-on experience across lending, operations, and client management. Building on this foundation, he established Rughwani Wealth with the vision of creating a comprehensive platform offering investment, insurance, and wealth solutions tailored to the evolving needs of modern clients.

Kailash Kumar Rughwani brings over a decade of leadership experience in the financial services sector, serving as the Managing Director of Rughwani Finance, an NBFC focused on responsible lending and financial solutions, since 2010. With deep expertise in lending, risk management, and financial structuring, he has played a key role in building a stable, compliant, and client-focused institution. Known for his disciplined approach, long-term vision, and commitment to trust and transparency, he continues to strengthen the foundation of the Rughwani legacy while guiding clients toward sustainable financial growth.
